The inner wall is made entirely of antibacterial and antifungal material, which protects the pipes from contamination by microorganisms dangerous to humans. The properties and technical characteristics of the ducts have been confirmed by independent accredited laboratories. Air ducts are characterized by very high flexibility, which allows them to be freely shaped and bent to very small radii (in accordance with the permissible bending radii). They can also be easily adapted to bending radii and installation conditions without the need for additional fasteners and fittings.
The design of the air ducts provides mechanical compressive strength of more than 200 N, which allows them to be poured into the concrete of the structure during construction work. The inner wall of the pipe has an antistatic coating, which reduces dust settling and accumulation in the ducts. The smooth inner surface provides high air flows with low pressure losses, which contributes to low energy consumption of the entire system and a significant reduction in noise. It also makes it easier to clean the air ducts when necessary. The double-walled design of the ventilation ducts with a properly profiled inner wall and closed air voids provides thermal insulation.
