Diffusers are designed to distribute air horizontally in different directions, so that the air flow is evenly distributed throughout the room.
They are used in supply and exhaust ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Design and materials
The diffusers are made of high-quality aluminium profiles. The profiles are coated with polyester powder paint, which provides reliable protection against negative environmental factors and prevents premature wear of the product.
The standard color of painting is white, but at the customer request it is possible to paint in another color according to the RAL catalogue.
Modifications
Diffusers of this series include products of standard sizes as well as there is a possibility to manufacture the diffusers of any sizes in the range from 150 to 800mm for fitting sizes LxH with a step of 5mm.
ПДК-1 – is a diffuser with a 1-way of stream flow spreading, non-adjustable, the inner part is not removable. They are installed when there are overhanging structures (beams) on the ceiling or when it is required to supply air in one direction and are installed in rooms near the wall.
ПДК-2 - diffuser with 2-way of stream flow spreading, non-adjustable, the inner part is not removable. They are installed when there are overhanging structures (beams) on the ceiling and form the two-way air flow distribution.
ПДК-3 - diffuser with 3- way of stream flow spreading, non-adjustable, the inner part is not removable. They are installed on the ceiling near the wall or column and form the three-way air flow distribution.
ПДК-4 - diffuser with 4- way of stream flow spreading, non-adjustable, removable inner part.
Example of order and mounting
ПДК-4 (RAL-9016) 400x400 – non-adjustable, white colour.
ПДК-2 * (RAL 9016) 225x225 + 595x595 panel (RAL 9005) – two-way spreading, screw mounting (mounting holes are located on the front side of the grille frame), white colour, connected to a black panel with dimensions 595x595 for mounting in a suspended ceiling of the "Armstrong" type.
