Assignment
Radial grilles are used for installation in round spiral-wound pipes and are intended for supplying or exhausting air by ventilation, air conditioning or air heating systems.
Design and materials
1-РП-30-05 – Single-row non-adjustable grilles are made of high-quality aluminium profiles in the form of a frame and perforated steel.
The grille design includes only screw mounting possibility (mounting holes are countersunk on the front flange). The profiles are coated with heat-resistant powder paint, which provides reliable protection against negative environmental factors and prevents premature product wear. The standard colour of painting is white, but at the customer request it is possible to paint in another color according to the RAL catalogue.
Modifications
Fitting sizes LxH with 5mm steps and pipe diameter D.
Minimal pipe diameter D=150, for smaller diameter you can use radial grille with galvanized frame (1-РП-30-30-OTS).
For size L> 1000mm, a dividing profile is used.
Kp 5.0 – type of perforation, (Kp – round, 5.0 – diameter of the hole).
Example of order and mounting
1-РП-30-05* Кр 5.0 D=150 (RAL 9016) 200x100h – screw mounting (mounting holes are located on the front side of the grille frame), perforation with round holes 5mm in diameter, pipe diameter 150mm, white colour.
